Refunds
|
We do not normally make refunds so please ensure that you are satisfied with the service before you deposit money or purchase additional facilities. You can check the networks that we believe that we can deliver to on our coverage page but please also confirm any vital connectivity by sending a test message: you have been provided with some free test messages for this purpose. If in doubt please ask support before you deposit funds or make a purchase since we will not normally make refunds.

Note 1. Dynamic TP-OA (Originator Address)
|
By default messages are marked as coming from csoft.co.uk. csoft.co.uk is the Originator Address we use by default. For a fee you can change the Originator Address but to prevent impersonation we also require you to agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Note 3. MMS files
Each MMS file notified to the phone is charged one Premier message. Each MMS file retrieved by the recipient is charged one message.
MMS images and sounds from our library are charged the MMS library fee and some Java applications may be charged at higher rates.
MMS files that you provide will therefore be delivered for the cost of just 2 SMS messages.

Note 4. SMS ringtones,
picture messages etc.
A charge is made for the number of SMS messages needed to deliver the ringtone or image. This is usually 2 or 3 messages. Ringtones and images from our libraries are charged a library fee. There is no additional charge if you supply the image or ringtone.
SMS files that you provide will therefore be delivered for the cost of 2 or 3 SMS messages.

Note 5. Two-Way service
| All your messages will appear to come from a standard phone number and recipients can easily reply to your messages. Their replies will be forwarded back to you. |
Note 6. Credit
| We do not expire your credit like some services. |
