Can we bind using using an industry standard protocol such as SMPP or OIS?
Do you permit us to send User Data Headers so that we can send and receive, for example, Nokia Smart Messages, WAP PUSH and MMS Notifications on MT and MO traffic?
Do you fully supprt Data Coding Schemes to enable us to send and receive Unicode messages?
Can we set the Originator on each message to any MSISDN?
Can we set the Originator on each message to any Alphanumeric string?
If you do not provided SMPP or OIS interfaces then what altrernative protocols can we use to connect to you to send and receive SMS content?
What content can we send or receive over these alternative protocols?
For reliability we wish to connect to multiple SMSCs. How many different SMSC's can we bind to?

Can you consistently deliver to all destinations on your coverage list in a few seconds? If not what is your average time to deliver to the handset providing the handset is able to receive the message? This is important to us.

We would like the MT recipient to be able to reply to the MT message and for you to return the MO reply back to us. To what extent can you provide that?
What MO short-code capability can you offer - i.e. in what countries and are they cross-network?
What Premium Rate MO or MT capability can you offer - i.e. in what countries, are they cross-network and what is the revenue model?
