Note: If your account has insufficient credit and as a result the monthly service fee remains unpaid when the next payment is due then your Two-Way service will be automatically terminated. Should you wish to use the service again you will incur the Setup fee again. This process is unlikely to occur in practice as any payment into your account will go towards paying the outstanding fee. Two different ways of using Two-Way SMS1. Mobile Originated (MO) Two-Way SMSIn this case a mobile user sends a text message to a number that you have published and you then reply. Typically this can be used to let people register with you - for example to express interest in a club. If you were selling insurance services you might place adverts asking people to text their name, house number and postcode and you would then reply with a "thank you" and follow up with a Direct Mail marketing campaign. If you want to "brand" your reply message (but don't want people to be able to reply directly to that message) then you can use an Originator Address containing, for example, your company name. Our default Originator Address is "csoft.co.uk" and no one can reply to because it is not a telephone number. However using an Originator Address does ensure that the source of the message is known so that people can contact you if they wish. 2. Mobile Terminated (MT) Two-Way SMSIn this case you send the first message from your office to the mobile phone and the recipient replies to your message. We will forward their reply back to you - for example by email. To use this type of service you need to have a list of mobile/cell phone numbers of people who are potentially interested in your offer. For example a Travel Agent might contact all their clients with a Special Offer of a cheap flight next weekend. The message might say "Cheap flight to Paris next weekend. Text back now to secure your chance to reserve a seat". What additional services can we offer?
